One often hears of churches where "every member is a minister," presumably based on Ephesians 4:11-12. For a number of reasons I am not persuaded by that approach (although I'm clearly in the minority in my circles). But could someone tell me how "every member eldership" (as advertised in this recent church bulletin) works?
